SHIPPING & RETURNS
SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are shipped promptly from our online inventory within 1 -3 business days using UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Allow 3-6 business days for delivery of non-backordered items in the continental US. Allow additional time for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and International Orders. Tracking numbers are available for items shipped via UPS and FedEx. Shipments to Alaska & Hawaii and International orders will have an additional shipping cost applied. Entire orders will be shipped together if possible.
Shipping and handling charges are based on total price of your order. Oversized or heavy items may have an additional shipping cost. This charge may not be calculated until the order is being prepared.
We will notify you if there is an increase in the shipping charge for your order prior to billing and shipping.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Most unopened items sold by Legends In Time in new condition and returned within 30 days will receive a refund or exchange. Some items sold by Legends In Time have a modified return policy noted on the receipt, packing slip, LGND policy board (refund exceptions), LGNDstore.com or in the item description. Items that are opened or damaged or do not have a receipt may be denied a refund or exchange. Missouri online stores will continue to observe state-ordered return restrictions.
All returns must be postmarked no later than 30 days from the original customer shipment date. Returns and exchanges must be in new condition and must include all instructions and original packing material. Customer pays all return shipping charges. Include a copy of your packing list with all returns.
Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Returns must be preauthorized by us and are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. These amounts will be deducted from the original amount billed and the remaining balance will be credited to the original credit card.
BACK ORDER/PRE ORDER
When placing a Pre-order for LGND Store products, you will be required to provide certain information, such as your address and other billing information. You represent and warrant that all such information is accurate, and you shall ensure that such information is kept current. LGND Store shall have no responsibility or liability for inaccurate information or information that later becomes outdated, and shall have no obligation to make efforts to determine the correct contact or shipping information. You acknowledge and agree that LGND Store may decline or delay reservations to avoid oversubscription or as it deems appropriate, we will make efforts to inform you within two (2) weeks of our receipt of your Pre-Order, and that you will be entitled to a full refund of the purchase Price.
PRICE AND PAYMENT
You will be charged the full Price of the Products at the time of placing the Pre-Order. Methods of payment accepted are: Credit Card Payment (Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard).
DELIVERY SCHEDULE
Although we will make efforts to begin delivering Products as soon as reasonably practicable, you understand and agree that there may be delays. An estimated time of delivery is only an estimate, is subject to change, and LGND Store does not represent or warrant that it will be able to ship the Product by the estimated date. As a result, in the event that a delay arises and the estimated shipment is not met, LGND Store is not responsible for any damages that may occur due to the delay, nor shall it be obligated, except as set forth in these Terms, to provide any discounts, refunds or credits due to any such delays. We will provide you updates with respect to such delivery schedule. If for any reason you decide that you do not wish to continue to wait for your Product, you may cancel your reservation and be refunded.
